Fan Fortune legal
Eligible states
Current status
Sweeps Coins are not available in any state today. "Sweeps Coins available (future)" marks a state where they could be offered if they launch.
Whether Fan Fortune can be played in a state, and whether Sweeps Coins could ever be offered there, depends on that state's law. We set each state's status on legal advice, and it can change as laws change. This list shows the current settings.
What each status means
- Sweeps Coins available (future)
- You can play with play coins. If a sweepstakes ever launches, it could be offered here under its own rules.
- Play coins only
- You can play with play coins. Sweeps Coins and prizes are not offered.
- Not available
- Fan Fortune cannot be played from this state.
What matters is where you are when you play, not only where you live. We check your location when you play and, if Sweeps Coins launch, when you redeem. You must also meet the minimum age for the state, which is never lower than 18.
